Legal Agreement

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must notify pub770 promptly of any changes via the account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pub770 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree to notify pub770 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts with no login activity and no real-money transactions for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pub770 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant account balances, as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. All content on the pub770 Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, user interface designs, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pub770 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pub770. pub770's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your pub770 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. pub770 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered on the Platform. pub770 does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome. Participation in gaming activities on the Platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
pub770 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pub770's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. Unresolved disputes may thereafter be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
pub770 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
